Clinical pathway design

Pathways should be flexible enough to respond to individual patient challenges, whilst providing a supporting framework to encourage efficient and effective delivery of care and use of resources.

Bupa always use an evidence based approach and every project uses expert clinical input. Where we do not have the necessary expertise in house, we use external expert parties to provide that.
